Swedish/Edmonds

Swedish/Edmonds has joined the Swedish Family and there is a lot of excitement surrounding the new partnership. For the past several years the philanthropic mission of the organization has been to forge relationships and raise funds to advance our community hospital as the major provider of healthcare in south Snohomish County.

As a result of our partnership with Swedish we are well on our way, but in order to make this vision a reality we will need the help of our community partners. In the past four years we have raised and distributed close to a million dollars to support Swedish/Edmonds. The Foundation helped to purchase digital mammography equipment at the Swedish/Edmonds Breast Center. Additionally we have invested in Cardiac Services, Emergency Services, the Birth Center, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Charity Care and the Intensive Care Unit. Through an organized and strategic process we are looking forward to expanding our impact on the organization.

The next few months will be exciting as we form the Development Council for Swedish/Edmonds and set long term funding priorities for the expansion of services here in the community. Please consider partnering with us to improve the health and well-being of each person we serve.
